Miso Ramen
Ingredients
  • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the ramen noodles.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the miso paste, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
  3. Add the miso mixture to the boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve with desired toppings.
