- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the corn, red onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro and chili powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
