Mexican Chili
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with chilis
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans in sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes with chilis, tomato sauce, chili beans and chili powder. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with desired toppings.
