- 1/2 cup uncooked megapussi
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the megapussi, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach and olive oil and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
