Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add quinoa and reduce heat to low.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm.
