- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, oregano and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
