Masala Dosa
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 cup split urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt, to taste

Steps
  1. Soak the rice and urad dal in water for 4-5 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste using a blender or food processor.
  3. Add 3 cups of water to the batter and mix it well.
  4. Let the batter sit for 8-10 hours to ferment.
  5. Heat a flat griddle over medium heat. Grease the griddle with oil and spread a thin layer of batter over it in a circular motion.
  6. Cook until the edges turn golden brown. Flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
