- 1 (7- to 8-pound) bone-in ham
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham in shallow roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, mustard and brown sugar.
- Brush glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, basting every 20 minutes with remaining glaze.
- Let ham stand for 15 minutes before serving.
