- 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
- In a medium bowl, combine the mangoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
