- 3 mangos, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, red onion, habanero peppers, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
