Mango Coconut Chiā€¦
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 ripe mango, diced

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract and cardamom.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir in the diced mango before serving.
  5. Enjoy!
