Korean Beef Stir …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef until no longer pink and beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger root and red pepper flakes. Cook and stir until the beef is completely cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  3. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
