- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked white rice.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and/or red pepper flakes (optional).
