Korean Beef Bowls
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat.
  2. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve over cooked white rice.
  5. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and/or red pepper flakes (optional).
