- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
