Korean BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides.
