Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked Japanese rice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat chicken broth and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil, garlic and onion. Cook until onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the eggs and cook until scrambled.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine with the egg mixture.
  5. Add soy sauce and stir until evenly distributed throughout the rice.
  6. Serve hot.
