- 1/2 cup fresh jalapenos
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- In a blender or food processor, combine the jalapenos, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
- Puree until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
