- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Dash of salt and pepper
- In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add Marsala wine, chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
