- 1 lb human brains
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium saucepan, heat the brains over medium heat until cooked through. Drain off any excess liquid.
- In a separate skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes or until softened.
- Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the cooked brains to the skillet and mix in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Serve in warm taco shells with desired toppings.
