Steps
- Loosen the lug nuts on the rear wheels using a lug wrench.
- Raise the vehicle with a jack and place it securely on jack stands.
- Remove the lug nuts and then remove the rear wheels.
- Move the rear wheels to the front of the vehicle, opposite their original position, and install them.
- Replace the lug nuts and tighten with a lug wrench.
- Lower the vehicle off of the jack stands and remove them.
