- 1. Park your car on a flat, level surface and engage the emergency brake.
- 2. Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench.
- 3. Jack up the car using the jack and place it securely.
- 4. Remove the lug nuts and take off the wheel.
- 5. Place the new wheel onto the hub of the axle.
- 6. Replace and tighten the lug nuts.
- 7. Lower your car back onto to ground.
- 8. Tighten all of the lug nuts with a lug wrench in a star pattern.
- 9. Replace any hubcaps or wheel covers that you removed.
