Hot Fudge Sundae …
Ingredients
  • 1 box (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs; beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Divide batter evenly between the pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine marshmallow creme, chocolate chips and cream; stir until smooth.
  6. Spread over cooled cake layers.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
