Honey Mustard Pot…
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 3 tablespoons diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps
  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add the honey mustard dressing, mayonnaise, celery, onion and parsley.
  3. Toss gently to combine. Serve warm or chilled.
  4. Enjoy!
