- 3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the hash browns, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
