Ingredients
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, onion, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt. Mix until vegetables are evenly coated.
  3. Place vegetables onto the preheated grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
