- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder and salt.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the fillets in the pan.
- Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with mango salsa.
