Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder and salt.
  2. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the fillets in the pan.
  4. Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with mango salsa.
