- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 of an avocado, sliced
- butter
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the slices butter-side down in the skillet. Top one slice with cheese and avocado slices. Top with the remaining slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
