- 1 rack baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and salt.
- Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
