In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder and brown sugar.
Place the ribs in the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 30 minutes.
Turn the ribs over and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired before serving.
