- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- In a large bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and red onion.
- Add the bell pepper and feta cheese.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
