General Tso's Chiā€¦
Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and cornstarch. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and ginger.
  4. Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve over steamed rice.
