Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
  6. Serve immediately.
