- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until combined.
