- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, nuts and dried fruit.
- Add the honey and oil and mix until everything is coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
