Ingredients
  • 4 white fish fillets
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, cumin and chili powder.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and chipotle peppers together in a small bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas in the oven for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve fish tacos with chipotle mayo sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
