- 4 white fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish fillets on a baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, cumin and chili powder.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise and chipotle peppers together in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas in the oven for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Serve fish tacos with chipotle mayo sauce.
