Fattoush Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomatoes.
  2. Add the radishes and bell peppers.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Serve with dressing of your choice.
