- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, onion and tomatoes.
- Add the radishes and bell peppers.
- Toss to combine.
- Serve with dressing of your choice.
