- Corn tortillas
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato sauce
- Cumin
- Chili powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
- Drain grease.
- Stir in tomato sauce, cumin and chili powder.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
- Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture into each tortilla and roll up.
- Place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
