Enchiladas
Ingredients
  • Corn tortillas
  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, cumin and chili powder.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
  7. Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture into each tortilla and roll up.
  8. Place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.
