Edamame
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. edamame in the shell
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the edamame and salt.
  3. Boil for 4-5 minutes, or until the edamame are tender.
  4. Drain and serve hot.
