Edamame Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 cups shelled edamame
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  1. In a medium bowl, combine edamame, olive oil, red onion, garlic and pepper.
