- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Cut each rack of ribs in half and place in slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove from slow cooker and serve.
