- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
- Stir in the flour until blended.
- Gradually stir in the milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
