Easy Sausage Gravy
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
  2. Stir in the flour until blended.
  3. Gradually stir in the milk, stirring constantly.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
