Dosa
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1/2 cup urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds
  • salt to taste

Steps
  1. Soak the rice and urad dal in water for at least 4 hours.
  2. Grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer to a fine paste.
  3. Add salt and fenugreek seeds to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat a griddle on medium heat and spread the batter evenly.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flipping over once.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sambar
