- 1 cup white rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds
- salt to taste
- Soak the rice and urad dal in water for at least 4 hours.
- Grind the soaked ingredients in a mixer to a fine paste.
- Add salt and fenugreek seeds to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a griddle on medium heat and spread the batter evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flipping over once.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar
