- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package dry yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the yeast and stir until combined.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until warm (120° to 130°F). Add to the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch dough down; turn onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 16-in. x 12-in. rectangle.
- Cut into 16 triangles. Roll up from the wide end and place on greased baking sheets, point side down.
- Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
