- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sour cream. Stir in the artichokes, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with assorted crackers or vegetables.
