Creamy Spinach Dip
Ingredients
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sour cream. Stir in the artichokes, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers or vegetables.
