- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing and mayonnaise.
- Add the dressing mixture to the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
