Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, green chiles, cream cheese, soup and sour cream.
  3. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot.
