- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, green chiles, cream cheese, soup and sour cream.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
