- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the couscous and olive oil, stir, and cover.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
- Serve warm.
