Couscous
Ingredients
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the couscous and olive oil, stir, and cover.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
  5. Serve warm.
