- 2 cups coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
- Combine the ground coffee and cold water in a large pitcher or jar.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and let steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth.
- Discard the grounds and transfer the cold brew concentrate to an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
