Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients
  • 2 cups coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water

Steps
  1. Combine the ground coffee and cold water in a large pitcher or jar.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and let steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth.
  5. Discard the grounds and transfer the cold brew concentrate to an airtight container.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
