Coconut Yogurt
Ingredients
  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, maple syrup, sea salt and vanilla extract.
  2. Pour the mixture into a yogurt maker and let it run for 8-12 hours.
  3. Once finished, transfer the yogurt to a container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
