Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Place in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower resembles the texture of rice.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the riced cauliflower and sea salt, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender. Serve warm.
