- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, honey and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the avocados, red onion and cilantro to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
