- 4 slices of white bread
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
- Soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture for 1-2 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with butter or oil.
- Cook each slice of French toast until golden brown on both sides.
